🧾 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Aligance purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Custom pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover all return costs — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Store Credit & Exchanges

• Prefer another size or style? We’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange where possible.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
